Ronald Reagan brought prosperity to the Ameican Economy. His two terms in office were successful enough to benefit his Vice President George W.H Bush. George Bush was the 41st President of the United States. President Bush was best known in History for addressing the Foreign Policy issues of The Gulf War, Panama, and the Somali Civil War. President Bush faced a significantly different world with new overseas challenges. The Cold War was over after 40 bitter and scary years, the Soviet Union broke up.
